Make Up For Ever's Rouge Artist is a highly pigmented, smoothing and hydrating formula in cleverly designed packaging inspired by the shape and application results of a lip brush.
The nourishing formula contains camelia oil among other ingredients, this hydrates and smooths the lips for optimum results.
Intense pigments have been suspended in emollient to provide high colour pay off in just one application and ensure that the glides on with ease. The result is all the brilliant colour pay off you would expect from a matte formula, but with a comfortable, satin texture.
The advanced formula provides a unique and incredibly flattering blurred effect on the surface of the lip, giving the illusion of ultra smooth, soft lips. Light reflective particles add luminosity.
